Start the download. (Passwords for your access to the download, the download file itself and the containing setup file can be obtained where you purchased the product) Unzip the file. Run the file. Accept to install the file from unknown provider.
After successful installation, the program will offer you to launch it directly.
It the program appears to freeze and no longer responds or the mouse pointer is not fully movable, proceed as follows:
- Press the Windows key and close the program window there.
- Right-click on the program’s link on your screen.
- Select the Compatibility tab.
- Click on Change high DPI settings.
- Here, check the box for High DPI scaling override.
- Application must be selected in the dropdown box below.
- Finally click on OK
Note – depending on your Windows version, you may also find the following after right-clicking on the application name in the tabs:
Properties –> Compatibility tab –> select the Disable scaling at high DPI check box.In Windows 10, version 1703, and later versions of Windows, the text of the Disable scaling at high DPI option has been changed to Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: Application.
